I offer group classes in Pilates, Pregnancy Pilates, BarreConcept® and Yoga.
I also offer one to one Pilates on the Reformer apparatus.
One to One Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is Pilates on a Reformer machine, a spring based piece of equipment that provides both resistance and support to further increase the development of flexibility, body control and core-strength. The Reformer’s design allows you to set it up to suit your body perfectly, providing enough resistance to build strength while increasing flexibility.
Pilates conditions the deep stabilising muscles of your body. Continued practise develops lean muscle tone and assists the body in staying flexible while increasing core strength!
Pregnancy Pilates Course
Pilates during pregnancy helps to maintain good pelvic and spinal alignment with better posture. Maintain the deep strength of your abdomen and pelvic floor. Prepare your body for delivery and speed up recovery.
A total body workout that launches a full blown attack on the areas of the body all women struggle with: abs, hips, bum, arms and burns fat in record-breaking time. The result is defined arms, strong flat abdominals, a lifted behind and sculpted elongated thighs.
Yoga Flow Course
Do you want to increase your flexibility, core strength and melt away stress? This is the class for you. I teach Vinyasa Yoga, linking challenging Yoga poses together in a fluid sequence. A moving meditation. This builds heat within your body to gain greater flexibility while building muscular strength and tone.
