So was I. Even though I devoured nutrition advice and books I still found it hard to stay on track with my healthy diet. So, I created this Nutrition Guide to have a clear, simple plan to follow.

  • Since then I have become leaner and stayed leaner. No more weight fluctuations. My partner followed this guide to a tee and lost 30 lbs (pictured).
