Yoga Flow

Do you want to increase your flexibility, core strength and melt away stress? This is the class for you.

I teach Vinyasa Yoga, linking Yoga poses together in a fluid sequence. This builds heat within your body to gain more when stretching your muscles. The constant movement allows you to focus on your body to clear your mind and bring a sense of calmness. A moving meditation. I choose challenging poses to build muscular strength and tone.

In class, you will use Roll Model® Therapy Balls to massage away chronic tension from your body. This allows a greater range of motion and increased power and strength in your practice. Tight glutes, lower back or shoulders? Not anymore!

I was always the stiffest, least flexible person in the room. Not great when you dream of being a successful instructor and you can’t even touch your toes. A lot of people tell me they don’t want to do Yoga as they are not flexible. I was the opposite, I thought, all of these Yogis are super flexible. I’ll do Yoga and I’ll be flexible too! If I was in a room full of Yoga instructors, I would still be the stiffest, least flexible person in the room. But, I am much more flexible now than when I started.

I know what it is like to practice Yoga with tight hamstrings and shoulders. I have this in mind when planning and teaching a class.

Previous yoga experience is absolutely not a requirement. This is a great class for beginners.

€60 for a six week course (six classes), €10 is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. (The April 3rd course is only four classes due to two bank holidays.)

Please note that most classes fill very quickly, so book in as early as possible. All returning clients get priority booking for ongoing courses. Spots will only open up to new clients after existing/returning clients have rebooked.


Are there any contraindications?

Normal common sense contraindications apply: if you’re reeling from a virus, have just broken a bone, sprained a joint, or undergone surgery, I recommend you stay home and prioritise rest and healing. Beyond that, feel free to get in touch if you have any questions regarding a condition you have. When you come to class I invite you to tell me what injuries, aches and pains might be currently activated as that helps me to tailor my assistance to you.


Do you regularly attend sports massages/physio to prevent or treat an injury?

Take a look at the KNOTTY or NICE: Self Massage Workshop. I now treat my own muscular tension and aches which result from teaching my classes, working at my laptop, gardening etc. I use my Therapy Balls nearly every day now, I love them!
